About Us - Latvian Association of Large Families

For over 30 years, we have been building an active network of large families throughout Latvia, uniting regional associations of large families.

Mission – to ensure cooperation among large family organizations and representation of their interests in shaping the national political agenda and in planning national family policy, and to strengthen family values.

Our daily work involves advocating for the interests of large families by monitoring municipal and national policy documents, initiating changes in regulatory acts, and participating with our analysis and arguments in influencing national demographic policy. An integral part of our work is also raising the prestige of large families as "honorary families" in society by organizing public activities and events dedicated to families.
